About Project

The idea of the project has its origins in a Sanskrit verse which is like this:

अमन्त्रम् अक्षरं नास्ति, नास्ति मूलमनौषधम् ।
अयोग्यः पुरुषो नास्ति, योजकस्तत्र दुर्लभः ।।

अर्थ : ऐसा कोई अक्षर नहीं हैं जिसमे मंत्र ना हो, ऐसा कोई पोधा नहीं है जिसमे औषधि ना हो । तथा ऐसा कोई भी व्यक्ति नहीं है जिसमे कोई भी गुण ना हो , ऐसे व्यक्ति ही दुर्लभ हैं जो हर व्यक्ति में गुण देख कर उन्हें संघठित कर सके ।

This project primarily aims to alleviate poverty and ameliorate the livelihoods of tribal and economically backward people who require assistance to become “Atmanirbhar” and financially independent. This project is to be related to nation building and national welfare in sync with the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shree Narendra Modi . Agro resources and farmers both are key components of GDP and they might be crucial to the success of the actions that they accomplish.

In this project ESNA soil testing kit will be developed. The Government of India brought "Soil Health Card Scheme" under the "Prime Minister Soil Testing Scheme" for testing soil nutrients nitrogen, phosphorus, potash, calcium, magnesium and sulfur, pH, OC (carbon), boron, zinc, iron, manganese, copper etc.. This ESNA Soil Test Kit will provide important information about soil properties through digital signals and well synced digital platform, which can help the farmer to get a good crop by studying the quality of the soil.

Under this project, "KISAN-App" is proposed to be developed for farmers in India through emerging technologies based on Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Cloud Computing. This "KISAN-App" will allow farmers to select quality seed varieties, including seed management, fertilizer management, weed management, pest management, disease management, irrigation management, nutritional disorders, intercultural operations, harvesting and threshing, post-harvest technology accordingly help for deciding how much manure and how much pesticide to be used for selected crop.

With the help of this "KISAN-App", farmers will be able to get the necessary information, weather information, agro-based technology in time to get better yields. This "KISAN-App" will also prove to useful in making farming easier and increasing farmers' income manifold. With the help of this "KISAN-App", now instead of going to any research center, the farmer will be able to understand requisite information by looking at his mobile that how good crop can be obtained. Under this, the farmer will be able to understand the scientific model of farming, how good yields of traditional crops can be obtained. The lack of technology-based farming equipment has led to the decline of traditional crop cultivation in India having medicinal properties like ancient grains i.e. oats (horse oats), barley (barley), quinoa, ragi (marua), millet, teff, einkorn, emmer, Amarnath, Bakla Dal, Sava, Tawni, Kodo, Amarnath, Linseed, Triticale, Basil (Tulsi Seed), Chia (Dawana Seed) Ramdana, Sathi (Wild Rice) are on the verge of extinction. Guidance, knowledge sharing and training to farmers on these will lead to start the startup of the necessary equipment for the same.

The second part of the project is about entrepreneurship development and capacity building in which five states including Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar and Chhattisgarh will be covered by setting up self-reliant-India centers and training will be made to aspiring youth entrepreneurs. The project team is providing training and assistance to applicants for entrepreneurship development towards manufacturing/service sector which includes Medical Electronic MSME/Startup, Healthcare Products, Agro Machinery, Food Processing, Cosmetics, Textiles, Sports Goods, Poojan Content, Tour & Travels Startup, Chemical Products, Electronics & Electricals, Gift & Leather Item Startup, Herbal Plant & Products, Glass & Printing Material Startup, Handicraft & Handloom, Hardware Products Startup, Bamboo Work Startup, Plastic & Rubber Product, Agriculture Startup, IT Products Startup, Solar Energy Startup, Stationary Product Startup, Drinks and Beverage Product Startup, Masala (Spices) Industry Startup, Oil Production Startup and for other MSME sectors. Thereafter, training will be provided to selected batches for preparing DPRs/ EPCs for the proposed MSMEs and finally set up 450 MSMEs separately. Under this project we will provide training for GoI loan schemes i.e. Mudra loan scheme, MSME business loan and stand up India loan scheme accordingly. As per DPR of the applicants, they will start a MSME having liability from 50 thousand to 10 crore via taking a business loan under various schemes launched by GOI. Under this project, the trainees will be able to set up their own MSME by which youth will become self-reliant and participate in economic development as entrepreneurs. Now a days, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) as an engine of economic development and will promote holistic development. The aim of the project is to create a well skilled workforce – entrepreneurs, in Agri technology, and to help them start MSME enterprises of their related areas. Since the knowledge divide is much more in the development and use of Electronic and IT based associated technologies, we plan to train the mentors and trainers to train the personnel with the KISAN-ESNA technology in an efficient way.

The dedicated team working in the project will endeavor attempts to create knowledge force which has good understanding of Irrigation Technique, Soil Sampling and Soil Testing, Agri Entrepreneurship & Rural Enterprises, Entrepreneurship Development in Agri Business and Plant management and how it is important for any smart Agri infrastructure. The rich and diverse content of the course in the skill training would cover all the requirements of the individual. We have courses aiming at the complete deployment of KISAN-ESNA infrastructure, its utilization, maintenance, monitoring and even prediction of useful knowledge. We will develop and deploy portable KISAN-ESNA System, which is sufficiently robust for agriculture use. This ESNA electronic device will have capacity for detecting nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), micronutrients, and other chemical parameters in the soil. This ESNA electronic device will capable to send parallel signal to the KISAN cloud through the mobile app with high accuracy and selectivity. We will create capacity building and entrepreneurship development for 450 skilled MSME owner from ST Masses.
